-We conduct a short interview before the session where you pick your session length and what you want to explore, via messenger, text, phone etc.
-During your booked appointment, we have a pre-session talk to go over what your goal is for the session,
-You are guided into a meditative, light trance state.
-You will see a lifetime or series of lifetimes that relate to what you are wanting to explore. 
-If we need to leave something in the "past" that is no longer serving you in this lifetime, I will ask you if you can do that, at the time of your session.  Often just learning about the root cause of your issue is enough to separate yourself from the issue in this lifetime, the issue is not serving you now.  We can check if the issue is cleared in this session or you can do multiple sessions to make sure the issue is cleared. (ex of an issue is a fear or phobia that has no explanation).
-You may leave your body after the last day of the past lifetime that you're viewing and be able to tell me about what you thought about that lifetime, what lessons you learned, can you forgive yourself and others.

-You may travel to heaven from this last day - though this will not be a full in between life session -just a glimpse.
-You may learn about people in your current life, from other lifetimes (your connection to them).

-These sessions are primarily for entertainment purposes, to learn about your past lives. They are a good way to start exploring getting into meditative and light trace states, in preparation for sessions with deeper energetic work. You may or may not choose to do other kinds of sessions depending on what you are wanting to get out of these sessions. (There are meditations on this site that can help you learn to get into the meditative/trance state on your own).
-These sessions do not include any energetic healing work done in the spiritual realms, changes in soul contracts, or Q&A portions that are possible in other types of sessions.
